All right, so we know that Harry Osbourne trade the metal thingie (tritanium or watever) with Doc Ock, and in exchange he wants Doc Ock to bring Spidey to him alive, so he can have his sweet revenge. And of cuz, Doc Ock needs to find Peter Parker 1st to know where Spidey is (since he dunno that Peter is actually Spidey and it's only logical that as Spidey photographer, Peter is the 1st guy to look out for).
Why then, does Doc Ock throws a car at Peter who is in a restaurant with his back towards the window when there's almost 100% certainty he'll be smashed or crushed to death if he's a normal human being that Doc Ock thinks he is? What's the point of killing Peter Parker when he wanna get Spidey thru Peter Parker? Ahha! There u have it, a plot hole/loophole or watever u call it!
Well, by now u must have think how ingenious I am that I'm able to work out this flaw. To be honest, I'm not the one that notice this! Heehee... I read it from a review by Jeffrey Chen. Oh how I wish the credit will be mine! Haha...
